Obergurgl-Hochgurgl sits at the head of Austria's Ötztal valley and, at 1,930 m, Obergurgl is the highest parish in the country. Its extreme altitude, with terrain running from about 1,800 m to just over 3,000 m, makes it one of the most snow-sure resorts in the Alps and lets the season run from mid-November into late April. Because the road ends at the villages, Gurgl has no through-traffic and keeps a quiet, high-alpine feel.

Tickets, passes and lessons are sold by the resort itself - we link, we don't resell.
